January: Festa di Sant'Orso and famous birthdays

The Fair of Sant'Orso, an international woodcarving and handicrafts fair that's been held annually for about 1,000 years in Italy's Aosta Valley. It honors Saint Orso, a sixth-century Irish woodcarver, and monk who distributed wooden sandals to the Valley's poor.

April: Festa Della Liberazione

April 25th is the Italian celebration of the end of Nazi Occupation following the collapse of Mussolini's government.

A Culinary Experience

The Triad Friends of Italy is the largest gathering of family you've experienced since the last time at grandma's table. Ours is a pot-luck style gathering based on the theme food/culture of the month. Our members usually bring enough food for the size of your family plus one. We also bring the beverage of our own choice. We also have a couple of special, fresh pasta events during the year. We look forward to having you join our family and all the food
